Today I want to write about my yo-yo dieting. The first picture was taken about 10 years ago. I started taking shakes, I thought I was too fat so I would not eat and just drink diet shakes, I didn’t notice how skinny I was getting, I got to 101lbs and it was so bad even my friends were saying I was WAY too skinny. Fast forward about 3 years (2nd pic) ago I was at my heaviest, almost 180lbs!! Being 5’2 can you imagine how BIG I was!!?? I just felt sick and unhealthy ALL the time, mentally I was drained - what was I doing to myself!! I let the food addiction get the best of me. Today, I thank Keto for changing my life, I’m at 125lbs and Feel SO HEALTHY!! I am still a work in progress because I want to lose fat and gain more muscle definition but, today; as I write this and look back, I’m super proud mentally and physically where I am. I look in the mirror and can actually say I love myself and love the person I’ve become!! As someone who has gone up and down in weight all my life, this is the only lifestyle I want! As soon as i'll start training people, no matter what the goal is, i'll always build the workouts around the three MUSTS.
