Anche se non ho obiettivi agonistici al momento non smetto di allenarmi con passione e intensità. Forse più che mai dato che non ho scadenze sul calendario ma voglio vedere un me stesso più grosso è più forte nello specchio. Perché se un culturista non è grosso, e forte negli esercizi base può definirsi tale? Vedere un peso a 3 cifre sulla bilancia e volumi anche sotto gli abiti larghi, chi di noi non lo desidera? Un mattone alla volta io ci provo. L'off season ormai è quasi alle porte o fase di costruzione. Vediamo fin dove riuscirò a spingermi. Hot hot hot hot our here! 80 deg out this morning 😢 When u first started this journey, my biggest fear was having a "runners build". Going on 2 years and 20+ miles per week later, I say to you don't let your fear dictate your direction. You could be holding yourself back from your best you! Everytime I look at that left pic from 2011, it’s hard to believe that was me. I was a completely different person physically, mentally, and spiritually. I didn’t really have that well of a grasp of the world (granted I was in high school), and I didn’t really know what it meant to be independent and work hard for your shyt. Fast forward to 2018, working part-time as a trainer, killing school at WashU, starting to make a living for myself, and just in better shape for the mind, body, and spirit. So many good people behind the scenes got me to this level, and I’m forever indebted to them. I can only hope to repay them back or pay it forward.

Played around with 3×3 at a mere 142.5kg/313.5lbs and I feel like I've really cleaned up my act technique wise with heavier loads (although I'm not convinced in the slightest with depth for the second set) Thank you to @tombulk_ @trapasaurus_rex and ofc my coaches @coach.alpha and @miraaykhoury for getting in my head and keeping me confident.
