as week 4 of camp comes to an end there are a lot of feelings. summer camp has been my absolute favorite job. the connections I have made with these kids will follow me wherever I go. they've taught me so much about themselves and about how to interact with them. it's such a joy. the only down side is I haven't been to the gym... in a month. it's starting to show as well. I've gained weight in my stomach and arms again. my knees hurt from not doing physical therapy. I just don't have the energy and I commend anyone who can "do it all". I have decided to eat better though. this week I used a @mealprepdaily recipe that has been really delicious. It's red peppers, onions, zucchini, sausage, and shrimp. Seasoned with Cajun spices. served w pita bread or rice. check our their page. try their recipes. I don't know how people come up with these meal plans but thank you thank you thank you. what should I eat next week?
