Hey friends, I’ve been dealing with an old back injury recently and it’s caused me to slack big time. Most people that have had back injuries understand that it is very frustrating and depressing. You really can’t do much of anything. But most of the time, doing nothing makes it worse. I’ve still been working out but no where near my usual. Also have been eating ehh not so great. Not mad at myself, but definitely ready to get back on schedule as my back is pretty much back to normal. I’m back and ready to get back to feeling goooood(-: also ready to start posting my workouts again for you guys. Happy Saturday!!
