My favourite thing to do- Build STRENGH
Before we go any further ladies weights will not make you look like Arnold Schwazenegger!! FACT!! Its absolute s***!! Women dont have the testosterone to build muscle like men do!! Strength training is class i love it!! Its the best form of exercise you can do, no matter your age. Not everyone likes weight training, (if this is you reconsider) strength training promotes better posture, denser bones, stronger ligaments and tendons and the best benefit of all with regards to weight loss more muscle tissue burns more calories.
Start with your weights low and keep a note then progress little by little, keep weight low and increase reps or add weight and decrease reps see how that goes, dont forget to change up your routine every now and then to use different muscle groups and keep it interesting. #LivFitness
