Week 7 of marathon training
...and #medalmonday for yesterday’s run
This past weeks training was a little different, I didn’t stick to the plan completely. I missed out an easy 3 miles on the Wednesday to rest my legs and also moved Saturdays scheduled 16 mile run to Friday, as well as cutting it down to 12 miles.
Because I didn’t compete in the British 10k last Sunday, I also signed up to the #downtowupflow half marathon, 4 days before the actual event, which helped bulk my mileage back up to 38.9 miles for the week!
Today’s rest day will be spend rolling, bathing and stretching before starting week 8’s sessions, tomorrow!
