People are always asking me what body part I’m working out (a.k.a. “Is it leg day?!”)... And I’m like, “all of them!”
Not literally. But I do tend to stick with push/pull routines. I find them to be the most efficient use of my limited time AND they work really well for people with a sporadic schedule.
Some weeks I can hit the gym 5x/week, others only 2-3x, so push/pulls help me to work my body evenly and burn the most calories!
