Monday = Cardio round 2. •Burpees 100 •Flyies 150 •Box jumps 100 •Push ups 150 •Step ups 100 •Sit ups 150 •4 lengths of the gym inbetween each set. Count your reps while the other runs then switch. Kev suffers from asthma at times. The cold air in the gym really got to him this evening. Went and got his inhaler after the burpees and took a bit of a rest. Then decides to up the game and add 50 more reps to a few of our exercises.... Truly an inspiring man. I recently got asked how many times I workout a week and it’s usually 5-6 times, depending on the week. I usually either workout at home when I can’t make it into the gym, but recently I’ve been loving my home workouts because my little girl is with me in our garage gym. I get to keep and eye on her and she gets to see her momma🏋🏻‍♀️<-👊🏼!!
