Guess who had another salad for lunch?! ๐Ÿฅ— I know people think salads are boring but there are so many ways to make them different and fun. This is a spring mix with grilled London broil, avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘, cherries ๐Ÿ’, and pistachios. After the pic I topped it with @traderjoes green goddess dressing. The healthy fats in this salad keep me full and focused while writing my final research paper ๐Ÿ“โ˜บ๏ธ have a great day everyone!

Baby biโ€™s ๐Ÿ‘ถ๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Happy Wednesday #FitFam! Oh how I love days off at the gym!! I can spend as long as I want there and really dedicate so much time to myself. Today I did roughly an hour lift and then 35 minutes of LISS, it was wonderful! Queens... Todayโ€™s upper body day ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ can I relive and re-do that workout again and again? Omg pump was serious and I LOVED it! Did every circuit and I canโ€™t wait for the arms to be toast tomorrow... They already are! PR for the day was pulling 80 lb on a lat pull down! ๐ŸŽ‰ Iโ€™ve never done that before so it was super exciting! I did it for 2x6! Youโ€™ll never know until you try... I tried and I did it! Woo! Also, I can see a teeny bicep showing here!!! Iโ€™m very tricep dominant and the biceps donโ€™t really pop. Iโ€™m seeing a baby bicep peak down by my elbow and that has me excited ๐Ÿค— Fam, everyday you workout I want you to celebrate something! Portion control can be SO tough sometimes! This froyo bowl easily holds 16 oz. of yogurt and thatโ€™s FOUR times the serving size! Tip: fill your bowl with a little less than you think you need and ask the cashier to weigh it for you, then go from there. Now you have a visual representation right in front of you! If itโ€™s less than you planned for add a bit more and if itโ€™s close to your plan stick with what youโ€™ve got! โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ €โ € Most places have nutritional info on their websites so you can plan easily ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Btw this bowl had 5.3 oz of froyo (measured before adding toppings) ๐Ÿ˜‰

This really resonated with me ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿผ Especially the last line....โ€being fat is the worst thing we can beโ€. I remember thinking years ago ๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿ’ญ๐Ÿ’ญ (pre weight loss) while I was unhappy with my body - aside from the health factors of carrying extra weight - why is being fat so horrible & the worst thing you can possibly be โ“โ“ I can think of a thousand worse things that a person can be other than fat. A bully, selfish, unkind, cruel, an asshole, a hangry bitch ๐Ÿคฃ. . . So a reminder to myself as I live my best life here in Italy ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น enjoying delicious pizza & gelato ๐Ÿ•๐Ÿฆ (FYI - I am still working on balance as I said on my last post, but Iโ€™m also eating the freaken pizza ๐Ÿ˜‚) that I am a great wife, daughter, friend & generally a pretty good person I think and none of that is dependent on how much I weigh & I would choose all of that goodness of looking good any day of the week ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ And this should serve a reminder to all of you as well!! ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ˜˜ . . Friends that workout together hit their goals faster. ๐Ÿ‹๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ I truly don't think I would have seen the results I have until I decided to join this team and be a coach. I first signed up with this idea that I can just make some money while I lose weight and get other people to do it with me. That extra accountability push right? โ €โ € Becoming a coach made me jump into gear to learn more. "Walk that walk baby, talk that talk" So I started to want to know how certain foods paired together can aid in faster weightloss or how building muscle won't make you "bulky" it will actually help you burn more calories when you are just standing still, or how water is truly the most important factor in losing weight. Even At 200 lbs I was still killing it in this coaching business because I refused to stop continuing to pay everything that I learn forward. And help other women see that eating healthy and moving your body can be a long term lifestyle. โ €โ € So if you think you have to have a 6-pack to be a good coach, you're wrong. If you think you need to have a physical transformation for people to believe in you, your also wrong. โ €โ € It's this mindset that healthy isn't hard that you get to pay forward. It's the belief that you have in yourself and everyone else that they too can live happier and healthier by making a few changes. โ €โ € This is truly the most rewarding "job" I've ever signed up for. I didn't think I would ever start my own team of girl bosses who saw the same goals as me and wanted to work to make them happen. Day 1 of No More Excuses! Iโ€™m technically on Week 6 of #BBG, but Iโ€™ve had some slip ups and havenโ€™t followed cleaning up my diet perfectly. So I made this account to try and hold myself a little more accountable. I first tried out BBG in 2015 and made it to about week 12 with awesome results, then was in a car accident, just minor injuries, but my neck neck muscles still give me a ton of grief and I let it be an excuse for laziness and eating out too much. So hereโ€™s to a fresh start! To rehabbing my neck and fixing my posture! To having a few less beers, and doing a few more burpees! โœŒ๏ธ July 17, 2018. 127 pounds.

LISS โœ… .. My son is learning to wake up on his own in the morning.
