It all begins with a decision to try. I was so nervous to start my fitness journey. I had given it so many tries in the past and failed. It wasn’t until I chose to believe in myself that things really started changing. I chose myself back in 2015 and I continue to chose me. I fought to become this women and she’s someone I’m very proud of.

You need to ignore what everyone else is doing and achieving. Your life is about breaking down your own limits and outgrowing yourself. You are not in competition with anyone else. Push to outgrow your past, not other people
Come to mama ya stubborn little babies Last summer I was excited when I saw a little line on my quad but this summer they are finally peeking I feel like a proud momma cause I have been pretty dedicated to these guys and it’s finally paying off. Sometimes it takes longer than we care to wait to see results but when we do it’s cause for celebration because what you see is a direct reflection of what you have put in!!! Soooo I’m gonna cut to the chase here and tell you what has worked for me because I want to help a sister/brother out who may be in the same boat I was in. We are all different of course, BUT: More FOOD, (quality not just quantity)- namely PROTEIN and of all things- CARBS, complex ones. Legs TWICE a week- not once. Little to no cardio (just me), balancing the muscles I workout- hamstrings need love too if I worked quads, and vice versa. This one may seem obvious, but I slacked here still got a little ways to go but after all these years (like 12 ) I am finally aware of what works for me and what absolutely does not
