Week 10 Arms One thing I've learned as a stay-at-home mom is that I'll never complete anything uninterrupted, but that doesn't mean I should do nothing. My mindset used to be, "well, I won't be able to finish this task, so why bother trying?" And nothing ever got done until the kids were in bed.
Now if all I get unloaded from the dishwasher is the silverware tray before I gotta tend to a fussy baby or wipe a toddler butt, that's still more than I had done before I started. Today my workout was split into about 3 chunks when the baby needed a change of scenery and later needed to go down for a nap. But it didn't stop me from finishing eventually.
You just gotta start. You'll find a way and time to continue and finish. Whether it's vacuuming, a workout, a nap, or a movie...Get after it.
